Transformation Packages 

Transformation include everything that the standard Personal Training but are purchased in 3, 6, 9 or 12 month periods. This is the cheapest option per session, please ask for more information.

All Transformation packages are 3 sessions per week. Below is a detailed breakdown of what is included;

Body Composition Analysis

We will perform an extensive body composition analysis, whereby we weigh you, calculate body fat percentage via skin fold callipers, and calculate your lean mass. We will also measure 8 circumference measurements, such as your hips, waist etc, we will also take some starting point photos.

FMS - Functional Movement Screen

The functional movement screen consists of the following:

  • Overhead Squat
  • Hurdle Step
  • In-Line Lunge
  • Active Straight Leg Raise
  • Seated Rotation
  • Stability Push Up
  • Shoulder Mobility

Nutritional Consultation, Plan & Coaching

From the results of your body composition test and general activity levels, which we will discuss in your consultation, we will work out how many calories you should be aiming to consume to lose fat, along with a detailed breakdown of your specific macronutrient splits. From here, we will create a nutrition plan together, so we can develop a plan which you will want to stick to. Unfortunately, pizza and curries will not be included, but hopefully we can still create an enjoyable, sustainable food plan.

The Transformation Packages have strict nutritional protocols that are made to fit around your own needs and lifestyle. Our clients all receive highly personalised dietary programmes that break down exactly how you should be eating.

We also recommend a supplementation programme that will help things along even quicker. This is optional but it is advised.

Tailor Made Programme Design

We also take into account the information gathered during the physical assessments, and construct a plan that takes into account any pre-existing or potential structural and muscular imbalances, addressing weaknesses head-on and eliminating them.

Personal Training Sessions

You will meet with your personal trainer three times a week for 12 weeks in order to perform your training sessions. In addition, we will at times also be asking you to put in some smaller workouts at home or at the local gym.

We pay extremely close attention to everything that you do when exercising with us, always monitoring your form, your fitness and your progress, and view the ‘in the gym’ part of our service as being a combination of motivator, educator, statistician and task master! We are absolutely obsessed with maximising the time you spend in the gym, and will work you hard.
