Frequently Asked Questions?

Where does the training take place?

I am based at my own private personal training studio in Wigston, Leicester. All sessions, unless arranged otherwise, will be based at the studio. Personal training sessions outside the studio may incur an additional charge. Click here to see the location details.

What happens if I change my mind half way through and want my money back?

This is rare, However unfortunately all sessions must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. In certain mitigating circumstances sessions will gladly be put on hold for an agreed time.

Are you a qualified and professional trainer?

I am a fully qualified personal trainer, I completed my diploma in 2009 and have been taking my education further ever since to ensure I can provide the best possible results and service. A full list of my qualifications can be found here.

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer?

A personal trainer not only holds you accountable, sets training goals, and creates nutrition plans, but gives you the tools to do this for the rest of your life. Personal training is about educating and improving the client’s knowledge and skill.

How long can I take to use up my sessions? (blocks)

All sessions expire after 90 days of purchase.

Do I have to bring equipment with me?

No, we have a huge range of equipment at our private studio.

How often should I train?

That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. I would recommend two to three times a week, but this will be discussed on your consultation, and everyone is different. It all depends on you and your goal.

Will you charge me if I cannot train for any reason?

No charge will be applied if you cancel within 24 hours of the start of the session, otherwise, you will be charged for the session.

What happens if I am late for a session?

I will go ahead with the session as planned but we will still finish at the correct time.

Should I eat before training?

This is a good question and one you will know the answer to after our first session. The first session will consist of a body composition test, body fat percentage, weighing, measuring and functional movement screen, in preparation for training to start in the second session.

What kind of results should I see?

Head over to the testimonial section to see what other clients have achieved, but remember that it often comes down to the individual’s commitment, hard work and following of the nutrition plan.

“You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink”

How soon can I start?

Some people have started the day after their consultation, and providing I have the availability we can start as soon as possible.
