Small Group Training

In our Small Group Training classes, everyone is in a setting in which they can succeed and have fun, as we provide a motivating and unconditionally positive environment.

In a group setting, there is always someone alongside you to pick you up, to motivate you and to take you to the next level. We strive to inspire you to inspire others; here, you will meet new people, develop friendships and find like-minded people who share your values of success and results. Below is a timetable of all the classes available, with a brief description of what to expect. Each class has been carefully designed to ensure that all fitness levels are welcome.

6pm Monday - FULL BODY CIRCUITS

Circuit Training has been around for a long time; however, we have used the most recent research to ensure you get the best results possible, often working apposing muscle groups in tough supersets, followed by a conditioning exercise to ensure you turn your body into a fat burning machine.

430pm Tuesday - TABATA

These Tabata sessions will really work up a sweat, fantastic for fat loss and all round body conditioning.

7pm Tuesday - FULL BODY CIRCUITS

Circuit Training has been around for a long time; however, we have used the most recent research to ensure you get the best results possible, often working apposing muscle groups in tough supersets, followed by a conditioning exercise to ensure you turn your body into a fat burning machine.

7pm Wednesday - HIIT

Fantastic for fat loss. HIIT is becoming more and more popular. Jump, Flip, Slam, Toss, Throw, Pull, Push, Press & Row in this tough but fun high intensity 30 minute training session.

6pm Thursday - CORE & STRETCH

Core strength is the pivotal of a healthy body, and your core means more than your visible abdominal muscles. In this 60 minute class we will work every core muscle including strengthening your gluteus, shoulder and lower back muscles.

430pm Friday - TABATA

These Tabata sessions will really work up a sweat, fantastic for fat loss and all round body conditioning.

6pm Friday - BOX-HIIT

These Tabata sessions will really work up a sweat, fantastic for fat loss and all round body conditioning, learn basic boxing techniques in a fun fast paced environment.

9am Saturday - FULL BODY CIRCUITS
